Bernice A. Canup, age 84 of Hazel Park, Michigan. Bernice was born on June 20, 1926 in Bay City, Michigan to Bernard and Susette Casper. She passed away on September 1, 2010 at St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital-Oakland Center, Madison Heights, Michigan.
Bernice was the wife of the late Lewis Canup. Mother of Gary (Beverly) Canup, Susan Kurzatkowski, Sharon (Tom) McCracken and Daniel (Darlene) Canup. Grandmother of 13, Great-Grandmother of 20, Great-Great-Grandmother of 2 and Foster Mother of 30.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 3, 2010 from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, Hazel Park, Michigan. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Gurney Revels officiating. Burial at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak, Michigan.
