FITZGERALD, BERNARD G., age 84, of Ferndale, died July 5, 2009. Beloved husband of Elizabeth. Loving father of Craig (Wendy) Fitzgerald, and Nancy (Terry) Smith. Caring grandfather of Dan Fitzgerald, Cassie Fitzgerald, Nicole Reiser, Corey Reiser, Shawn Smith, and Tim Smith. Dear great-grandfather of Brandon Smith and Sydney Smith. Cherished brother of Rita Campi. He was pre-deceased by daughter Linda Fitzgerald. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday from 11am-2pm with a service to follow at 2pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R., Hazel Park.
