Arthur “Earl” Owens, age 87, passed away on June 18, 2017. He was born in Boonville, Arkansas on December 25, 1929.
Visitation is Thursday, June 22nd from 3 - 9 pm and funeral on Friday, June 23rd at 11 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road).
