Anthony “Tony” Adam Vettese, age 51 passed away on September 25, 2024 in Ocala, Florida after battling cancer. Tony was born on June 27, 1973 at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital (formerly Martin Place East Hospital) in Madison Heights. Tony was raised in Hazel Park, where the Walker and Vettese names were very well known.
Beloved Husband of Jessica Savage-Vettese. Dear Father of Emilia Savage, Christian Vettese and Dylan Vettese. Son of Angelo (Lily) Vettese and predeceased by his mother, Victoria Walker. Brother of Adam Manzo and Travis Manzo.
Tony loved waterparks, beaches, church, video games, watching professional sports including the Lions and Tigers, spending time with his family, and working hard while making small talk and smiling at everyone.
Tony and Jessica moved their family down to Florida in June of 2023.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with the Memorial Service at 2:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.
