Herbert “Herb” L. Boren, age 78, of Warren, passed away July 11, 2017. He was born January 17, 1939 in Detroit. Loving husband of Margaret Boren. Dear father of Debbie (David) Ramey, Pam Boren, and Brenda (Bob) Riedel. Grandfather of Shannon (Bob), Melissa (Jeff), Jennifer (Jon), Jenny (Jeremy), David, Ryan, Doug and April. Great grandfather of Rylie, Lexus, Corbin, Sydney, Austin and Holden. Brother of William (Carol) Boren and Rose Divine. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and was always there with his helping hands and heart. Visitation will be Thursday, July 13th from 3-9 pm with funeral on Friday, July 14th at 11 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road). Burial at Christian Memorial Cemetery.
