Faye Haynes, age 96 of Warren, Michigan, passed away December 9, 2019 in Detroit, Michigan. She was born May 29, 1923 in Isom, Virginia to Alvin and Rosa Baker. Beloved wife of the late Tennyson Haynes. Dear mother of Shirley Greene, Colleen Stefanski and Ed (Laura) Haynes. She is predeceased by her daughters Charlotte Maxwell, Jerlene Van Sickle and Maxine Hadley. Loving grandmother to 18 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Surviving is her brother, Alvin Baker, Jr. and her sister, Elsie Thompson. Faye is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, December 12th from 5 pm to 9 pm with a funeral service on Friday December 13th at 11 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071 (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road). Burial at Roseland Park Cemetery.
