Benny Dean Jones, age 55 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on March 28, 2022 at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. He was born on October 5, 1966 in London, Kentucky to Denver and Marcella Jones. Beloved Husband of Paula “Holly” Jones for 31 years. Dear Father of Benny (Alicia) Jones II. Grandfather of Hailie, Jenibelle, Jamie, and Jonah. Brother of Sharon (Jeff Pate) Jones, Denver Jones Jr., Sheila Jones, Clayton Jones, Paul (Melissa) Parks, Jordan Jones, and the late Kenny Jones. Brother-in-law of Diane Tague and Ricky Nokes. Benny is survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Benny was a devoted Christian who loved God. He was an amazing singer and guitar player and had two Christian Rock bands he performed with. Benny enjoyed spending time with his son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren and all his family. He would help anyone who was in need and will be deeply missed by many. Visitation will begin on Saturday, April 2nd from 11:00 am and continues until the time of the Funeral Service at 3:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.
