Dear Butch, Barbara, and Irene,
I am so sorry to learn, just yesterday (December 15th), of Ed's passing. I was in Toronto at the time his notice appeared in the paper. I told Dad today, and he is very saddened and expressed his condolences. He has always thought very highly (and felt very fondly!) of all of you, as well as Ed. Dad is still living in the same house/same phone number. I believe the contact information he has for you is from 1999.
