Sloan Family, my sole aches every day that Shannon has been gone, my Darling Shannon was and IS truly the LOVE OF MY LIFE. . She taught me, in our time together, about Love and Life . . . and Compassion, our paths have crossed every so often through the years, and I always wished , prayed , that things could have been different for us . . . till we meet again my Darling, I Love You. . .
What a sad day to hear of the loss of such a dear person. I knew Shannon from 7th grade through graduation. To her son and the nieces and nephews that wouldn't have known Shannon when she was young, I bet she would have surprised you! She was an amazing athlete and a vibrant personality. She was a lot of fun to be around. She was outgoing, very chatty, witty and humorous. And sooo cute! I can't imagine that there was anyone who wasn't glad to count her as a friend. I know I was.
TO MY SISTER, THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU, YOU WOULD LISTEN WHEN I NEEDED YOU. THE CUP OF TEA WILL BE MISSED. I WILL KEEP YOU IN MY HEART AND MY THOUGHTS. WE WILL WATCH AND GUIDE ISAAC THROUGH LIFE. GIVE HIM THE LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING ONLY A FAMILY CAN GIVE. REMEMBER YOU GAVE HIM WHAT HE NEEDED AND WE WILL EXPAND ON THAT NEED. Dear Family of Shannon, We are truly sorry for your loss, know that the 3 of us have fond memories of Shannon, She was a very generous person, we never knew her well but what we knew of her will forever stay with us, again know at this time you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for being my sister..you taught me many lessons in life...especially about love, sacrifice, and persistence. "Never give up" was the mantra by which you lived your life to the very end. Now, you have a new beginning...we look forward to joining you someday. Thank you for loving Teresa and I enough by honoring us to take care of Isaac...he has, and always will, make you so, so proud to be his Mom. WELL DONE, BEAUTIFUL LADY!!
Dear Barry and family, I am sorry to hear about your sister, Shannon. She was always such a nice person when I would be over for Hannah and Mac's birthday parties. I know you were very close to her.

I remember Shannon from all the way back in grade school. She was always a very sweet, intelligent person and had a special glow about her, (and a tiny bit of the "devil"!)
She made a profound impression here on earth...and isn't that what God puts us all here for?
She genuinely will be missed. Our condolences to Isaac and all of his and Shannon's family.
