Mom, I will miss our phone calls, our reminiscing of days gone by, and most of all you. Your faith in God was amazing. Your love for Dad was a love story from the heart. Your children were your life. You shined as a mother and even more so as a grandmother, great-grandmother, and a great-great grandmother.
You have me so much in life. The gift I am most grateful for is my faith. Without faith that we will be together again, I would be lost.
Thank you mom taking my hand and guiding me in life. Thank you for all of the happy times and the sad times because they helped me learn about myself.
You once told me your favorite saying was,....

Marvel was my Biological Grandmother. The picture tell a great story, one of courage to make the right decision,,, vindication that the years of unknown and worries were payed off by the Grace of God and dedicated prayer.. And also of Pride, you know the good pride of an accomplishment that you can look down on, exhale and say thank you Lord.

For if it were not for there unselfish act and knowing that every child is precious and deserves a chance then I may not be typing this today.

God has a plan for each and every one of us. We may not agree or think there is one but God will give us a firm start and then we have to make the best of it. Frank, Marvel and Jill made a difficult choice but it wasn't without God's plan. I just turned 54, have a beautiful wife Tammy who as put up with me for 29 years this May and we have two beautiful grown Children Krista and Tyler.

You can see the pride in the picture and it is this pride I am able to have with my family and it all started with an unselfish act of Love...

Marvel you kept me informed throughout the years with your letters. I asked for and received wonderful advice from you throughout the years and my heart breaks to not be able to talk the way we used to but I know I have another Angel looking down and you will forever be a part of me.

Heaven received a good and faithful servant today... I am so very proud of you, I am so thankful for you and I love you. May you Rest in Peace.

My grandparents have always been a big part of my life. Some of my earliest memories are with my grandma playing cards at her dining room table, coloring with her, dragging all of the toys out of the front closet and playing on the living room floor while she and grandpa watched, playing the piano in the basement, our big family birthday parties and holiday gatherings as kids, and of course......going to church and hearing grandma say "glad you could make it". I love you so much grandma! I know you are in Heaven with granny, Uncle Mike, Aunt Jenny, and Adam looking down on all of us with love.
