I am so hurt and broken up about Marsha’s passing. My name is Fate Carson IV and I was Marsha and Troy’s realtor, and I would also like to think, friend, as well. I was blessed to have first met them on May 10, 2021. We toured approximately 20 homes before they finally made their purchase. Marsha and Troy were my very first closing. Their knowledge about home structures, real estate in-general, and city ordinances was amazing.
I had just begun my career in real estate a couple of months before meeting them and was still extremely “green” as it pertained to my knowledge of the business. Marsha and Troy would always give me tips, tricks, what-fors, and, why-nots on what red flags to look for in a property. They took me in their beautiful home showed me how something can be created with the right amount of vision and resources. They opened my eyes up to an entire world as it pertains to buying, owning, renting, rehabbing, and selling homes.
Marsha was a good woman, with a good heart, good follow through, and good intentions. I will miss you, and never forget you Marsha. 💔😞
