Lou was good man and my mentor he will be truly missed.

I did not know Lou Ferrin but the story of his demise is just heart breaking. I want his brother, mother and children to know your family is in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time for you. I met Lou many years ago when I was working out at the Gold's Gym (now the Royal Oak Gym) in Royal Oak. He was the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. He always had a smile on his face and was an inspriration to those of us that were trying our best to get back into shape. You will be missed by all, Lou. I know you're looking down from that big gym in the sky!
Lou always made me feel safe when I worked as a photographer at the clubs. He was a stand up guy who always had your back. I am just sick over his murder. God bless you Lou, I will pray for your family big guy. You will be missed my friend.
