Remember that time when....all of our remember when's begin when fate, God, and Uncle Sam placed our families together in Augsburg all those years ago. We were family by choice and bound by love and loyalty. So, remember that time you help Joshua learn to ride his two wheel bike after the training wheel incident? Remember that time you gave me your favorite t-shirt when I went into labor during our after dinner card game on Thnksgiving day? Remember that time you came to the hospital with your camcorder to record Jacob's first hours of life for our families back home? Remember that time you and JT spray painted boxes and boxes of corn flakes white and scattered them all over the back common yard so that we had a white Christmas? Oh John, you had such a gruff exterior, but your heart was as big as Texas! You were a genuine and true friend! We will miss you much and love you more always!
Our Thoughts and Prayers go out to the Puckett Family.

Puckett family, I am so sorry for your loss. You will all be in my prayers. May John rest in Peace now.
I've known the entire Puckett family for a long time and I have a lot of great memories of John and the type of man he was. The backyard bbq's where he would edjucate me on his grilling craft. The all night euchre games where we all seemed to laugh more than play cards. The conversations he and I used to have about the world and even though we often disagreed, I learned things I did not know. I'm glad I knew this man and that he accepted me into his family
