We will truly miss Uncle Ben as he has been a joyful part of our lives. Loved his jokes and stories as well as his caring heart. He took every one of us under his wings and truly cared for each one of us. He listed to our stories and really showed an interest in our lives as we did in his. We will never forget how he took the time to watch our two daughters for the afternoon, just to give us a break. He took them for a walk around the block and actively listened to them and loved them as his own. We love you Uncle Ben.

I am very sad to hear of my Uncle Bens passing. I will always remember him for his sense of humor and story telling abilities. I remember as a kid living in Hazel Park - He would always stop by and visit my Dad (his Brother)- it was always a special occasion to sit in the backroom and listen to what was going on in his family. When my Dad got older and needed help Uncle Ben was there to help takke care of my Dad even when he wasn't the most pleasent person to be around. Uncle Ben has had his share of greif in his lifetime with the passing of his young son Jimmy and his wife of many years Aunt Elaine. I will always remember my Uncle Ben with a smile and a story.
